NEED A TRANSCRIPT?  

Read the information below and print out the transcript request form from the link at the end of the page if applicable:        

 

CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY!

Students must come to the Registrar's office that is located in the main office to sign up for official transcripts. The Registrar arrives at 7:00am and leaves at 3:30pm.

        Before or after school only (not during lunch or classroom time)
        Picture ID is required
        $1.00 per Official Transcript (CASH ONLY)
        24 hour processing time

***Current students do not sign in on the clip board in the Main Office. Please report directly to the Registrar's Office to sign up***

FORMER STUDENT SCHOOL RECORDS ONLY!

If you are no longer a student at Grand Prairie High School, there are two ways to request your transcripts.

All records from students who graduated or withdrew from Grand Prairie HS may be requested in person or by mail.

 

 You can request your records by completing the Student Records Request Form which may be brought in or mailed to the following address:

Grand Prairie, TX  75050

 

There is a $3.00 fee for each transcript, which may be paid by cash or money order payable to Grand Prairie HS.

 

Mail in:  There is a 3-5 day turn around for record requests done by mail.

Walk in: Walk in requests are processed Monday thru Friday between 7:30am to11:30am.  There is a 72 hour turn around for pickup.

 

If you are unable to download the Student Records Request Form you may send a written request to the address above with the following information:

 

Name as it appears on school records

Date of birth

Year of graduation or  year last attended

Address of where you would like the Transcript to be mailed

Phone number where you may be contacted

Copy of picture id

Date and signature

 

If you are making a request for student records for someone other than yourself, you must present a signed letter of consent for release in order to obtain their records. You  will also need their picture id.
