PTA

The Whitt PTA is dedicated to fostering a good working relationship between parents, staff and community. The Whitt PTA meets the second Tuesday of each month. All interested parties are invited to join the PTA.

Mission

The Whitt PTA's Mission is to provide parents and families with a powerful voice to speak on behalf of every child and the best tools to help their children be safe, healthy, and successful - in school and in life.

The overall purpose of PTA:

A powerful voice for all children,
A relevant resource for families and communities, and
A strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child.

Current Initiatives

The PTA sponsors many events during the year that benefit the students and community. Events include the Fall Carnival, Book Fairs, Food Drive, Class Parties, Red Ribbon Week, field trips, and assemblies.
