My name is Rhonda Daniels and I am the Counselor at Whitt Elementary. I am a native of Tampa, Florida.  I graduated from Hillsborough High School, “Home of the Terriers”.  Shortly after high school, I enlisted into the United States Naval Arm Forces.  Throughout the military, the ongoing desire of becoming an educator continued to tug at my heartstrings. Therefore, I enrolled into Texas Wesleyan University where I received a Bachelor degree in Education. I also attended Texas Christian University where I received my Masters in Counseling and Educational Administration (GO Horned Frogs!!). I taught fifth and seventh grade Reading and Language Arts for four years.  As a counselor for nine years, (2012) my goal has always been to assist, encourage, and guide students on the pathway to discovering their “very own” success.

In my pastime, I thoroughly enjoy hanging out with my two handsome sons, Aeron and Michael.  My other joys are: family, friends, laughing, reading, eating sensational foods, marveling at beaches/lakes, and simply “Clowning Around”.
