Career and Technology Education

for Students with Disabilities

This is a two-year Food Production, Management, and Services Class for students with a wide range of disabilities.

They learn quantity cooking and foodservice skills in a restaurant setting.  "The Gopher Hole" Restaurant serves the faculty

on Tuesdays and the class does various catering projects for Grand Prairie High School and The Alumni Association.
