This is a MULTI-step process that you will be responsible for completing (shouldn't be a problem because if you got a letter telling you to come to this page, you should be able to follow directions!). If you have questions, please contact Ms. Bridge (811) or Ms. Knight (801).

1) ONLY print this application if you have received an informational/invitational letter from National Honor Society. If you did, print the attached application and fill it out. APPLICATION

2) Print out THREE copies of the Teacher Recommendation forms. Once printed, write your name and ID# on it, and give them to three of your teachers. Please be courteous of your teacher's time (AKA: do NOT give it to them that morning and need it that afternoon; give at LEAST 3 days. Remember they are recommending you .) TEACHER RECOMMENDATION

3) Return the application with recommendations attached to Ms. Bridge or Ms. Knight no later than 3:15 on Friday, November 30, 2007.

Helpful Hints: Your letter should give you details about an informational meeting which will help you fill out your application. PLEASE PLAN ON ATTENDING!!! Also, remember that if you do not have a computer and printer, you are always welcomed to use the library's facilities. Take advantage of all our great school has to offer!
